Audra is a unique artist because of her range and range of her skills as a performer and songwriter. The film was produced by Emmy Award-winning Lawrence O'Donnell Jr. The actress became a character on the WB The Bedford Diaries The Bedford Diaries in early 2006. Following the season, she starred as a recurring character on NBC's TV show Kidnapped. McDonald was awarded an 4th Emmy nomination in recognition of her part in HBO's special film of Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill in the year the year 2016. In 2021, she appeared with Taylor Schilling and Steven Pasquale in the film The Bite, a pandemic drama co-produced by Spectrum Originals and CBS Studios. McDonald has a brief appearance in the CBS show The Good Wife as a legal actress The Good Wife as U.S. attorneys Liz Lawrence and Liz Reddick from 2009 until 2018, reprised these characters (now known as Liz Reddick) in The Good Fight in the role of an Paramount+ season regular. McDonald received nominations to win three Critics Choice Award awards. The actress is a featured character on HBO's The Gilded Age by Julian Fellowes.
