Angela Kaufman
Angela Kaufman is an author Speaker writer, Certified Intuitive Consultant and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Activist, and Astrologer. She is certified as a Psychic Medium, and Reiki practitioner and is an Ordained Minister. While in Italy Kauffman made her reputation as a painter of portraits and also created historical art. The fact that she was elected to Rome's Accademia of San Luca in 1765, was a mark of her accomplishments being recognized. Angelica Kauffman only spent 15 years in England However, she was able to make the London art scene of the 18th century. She was one of two women Founder Members at the Royal Academy. Angelica Kauffman's death occurred on November 5, 1807 at the age of she was aged 65. Liz Powers was co-founder of ArtLifting along with her brother Spencer Powers in November 2013 and has been in collaboration since that time. Liz was chosen for Forbes 30 Under 30 as and Boston Globe's Game Changers. Liz is a fan of creating artwork from old books, walking and practicing yoga. She also loves sailing. Kauffman's British connections came into play as the family moved to Rome at the beginning of January 1763. In order to continue her work and learn more English, the family moved back to Naples a couple of months after. Kauffman took classes in Old Masters in Naples and brought her first work to London.
